Congratulations on selling your home! As you depart, think of things that would make the new owners' lives easier as they transition into their new home. Be sure the home is clean (of course). Leave all extra keys and label the keys if they are for specific locks. Don't forget the garage door opener, or instructions on the home's security system. If you have warranties and manuals for appliances or equipment included in the sale, be sure to leave those as well. Information on the homeowners association, garbage pick up, landscaper, pool maintenance, or repair technician can be helpful to the new homeowner. Think of what you would find necessary if you were moving into a new home.
