How fast is the H-Town Region Growing?
According to the Greater Houston Partnership:
Every 4 minutes Houston's population grows by one resident.
Every 6 minutes a new Houstonian is born.
Every 13 minutes someone moves to Houston from elsewhere in the U.S.
Every 21 minutes someone moves here from overseas.
By this time tomorrow, Houston will have added another 340 residents.
The Region adds 125,000 new residents each year…
WOW.
In a country where foreclosures and unemployment rates are high, Houston sets the bar on the definition of a healthy economy. Between the natural birth rate and the secondary migration, the BOOM in H-Town can be felt, especially when it comes to real estate.
The traffic shows it.
The temporary buildings in recently built schools shows it.
The fact that it's nearly impossible to get a table at any restaurant in Houston on a Friday or Saturday night shows it.
The construction of a brand new Toll Road that will become Houston's THIRD loop shows it.
The lines at HEB regardless of the time of day or day of the week shows it.
Whether it's a your dream home, an investment property, a second home, land, commercial property or a home for retirement…Now is the time to invest in H-Town.
