WEst U City Council has just given preliminary approval to an ordinance which will prohibit texting while driving in West U. Shouldn't this be passed everywhere? Good gracious. Talking on the phone is one thing but texting requires 2 hand and looking - how is that person supposed to drive as well? Granted I texted while driving just 24 hours ago, but I was stopped in traffic. Is that still bad?
