HEIDI CRENSHAW 281-853-5530

She brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her clients having played on both sides as a Sr. Loan Officer and Realtor since 1997. Heidi has served her clients for the past five years in marketing for a title company and partnering with her clients to help them grow their business.

Heidi is a visionary and gets her clients excited about what could be, then partnering with them to find ways to make it happen. She is a real estate technology wizard and a Certified MCE Instructor. Heidi contributes with strategies and insight that help her clients connect the dots, utilizing all of the HAR tools and real estate technology. She is not afraid to deal with tough issues within and outside the doors with style, determination, and honesty.

She has found a passion and a place in speaking, hands on teaching and training. She has a true talent in being able to take something technologically difficult and hard to grasp and bring it down to an easy bite size portion, not only so they can understand it but learn how to use it in their every day business.

She is dedicated to the future of real estate and is currently the only Affiliate Member to be voted and is currently a TREPAC Trustee for HAR. She has served for the past several years on the HAR Technology Advisory Committee, the TREPAC Advisory Group. She is the Technology Chair for the WCR Houston Bay Area Chapter where she was awarded the 2011 Affiliate of the year award.

Her classes include teaching in real estate tools, Website, Real Estate Apps, HAR Tools, Property Info, SureClose, HAR ETS, Branding tools, Contract to Close, MLS, and Social Media.
