In 2008, Julian earned the nationally recognized Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
In 2007, Julian earned a Real Estate Salesperson License from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Julian had a long career in sales, senior management, and business ownership in the automation electronics and controls market segment of the industrial distribution industry.
Julian's call sign in the FCC Amateur Radio Service is KI5XB, and he holds an Advanced class license. Julian is a member of the ARRL, the national association for amateur radio.
Julian is a native of Mountain Brook, a suburb of Birmingham, Alabama. He was also a resident of both Uptown and Old Metairie in New Orleans, Louisiana. In the fall of 2005, Julian and his wife Fran relocated from New Orleans to Houston.
