The Grayson-Patton Team started over 20 years ago and still is a family business with a strong commitment of supporting their community while selling residential real estate at the highest ethical standard. The team was awarded Small Business of the Year in 2008, company wide “Top Producer”, and other accolades recently. Nancy Grayson, a realtor for over 20 years, supports the American Heart Association (honored in 2006), Cypress Creek Foundation of the Arts & Community Enrichment (honored in 2009), Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, Pearl Museum of Fine Arts, and Women’s Business Forum. Nancy holds an undergraduate and master’s from West Virginia University.

In 2001 David Patton, Nancy’s son, joined the business as a graduate of Texas A&M. Since David joined the Grayson-Patton Team has been a “Top Producing” Team for Heritage Texas Properties. David recently achieved his Broker’s license with over 900 hours of education. David is a volunteer with the American Heart Association, Boys Scouts of America, Klein Volunteer Fire Department, and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo (Chairman).

Summer Patton, David’s wife and licensed real estate agent, brought to the team a background in marketing, corporate fundraising and residential title. Also a graduate of Texas A&M she is an equestrian who supports the American Heart Association, Centrum Arts League (2010 Gala Chair), and the Lone Star College Foundation.

Their experiences include representing sellers and buyers on luxury properties, horse properties, master planned community homes, new construction, land and more. In addition, they have successfully represented relocation/corporate listings and buyers.
