YVONNE BONNER

Yvonne is a native Houstonian and lifelong resident of Riverside Terrace in Houston, Texas. Yvonne entered the Real Estate Market in 2000 and has been a top producing agent from the beginning. Her career began with a small niche market real estate firm and Yvonne quickly excelled into a high volume producer and top residential sales agent within her first year. Excelling in the areas of residential, commercial, and investment sales, Yvonne’s skill and knowledge level has allowed her to facilitate all of her clients needs from home buying and selling to investment leasing and sales. Many of Yvonne’s satisfied clients have consulted her on the purchase of multiple properties.

Yvonne had a strong desire to enter the competitive market of new home sales and construction, so she partnered with a company that focused on residential development and sales. There she learned site development and planning, architectural design and sales and marketing skills geared toward the new construction home sale. She quickly excelled as an individual top producer and now represents several builders with new home sales.

Since joining Suzanne Anderson Properties in 2007, Yvonne has focused on high end resale and new home construction and development. She is extremely technology oriented and has developed techniques to include efficient, paperless real estate transactions.

Yvonne sells in all of greater Houston with particular emphasis in the areas of the Inner Loop, Sugarland, Memorial and Galveston.
