COURTNEY LOYD PIERCE

Courtney Pierce’s passion for real estate is contagious. Once she became a successful Realtor, her father began his real estate career as well. A native of Houma, Louisiana, near New Orleans, Courtney has been a licensed realtor since 1994. Her interest in real estate was sparked when looking for a new home for her family. The search took over a year, and once she found a home, Courtney knew what she wanted to do. Dedicated to her profession, she has earned the Accredited Buyers Representative and Graduate Realtor Institute designations.

Courtney asserts that she “absolutely loves” being a Realtor. “I am very outgoing, and I love meeting new people. The greatest thrill for me is the negotiating process. I strive to get my clients the best deal possible while making sure all aspects of the transaction go very smoothly.”

As a past resident of The Woodlands and a current resident in the Lake Conroe area, Courtney credits her family, friends and former clients as her best sources of business. “My business is run entirely from referrals. So please let me know when someoneyou know is ready to buy or sell'. Courtney is still serving the Houston area, focusing on North Houston (Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe/Lake Conroe, and Willis).
