Worth metroplex, Dana grew up on a 16-acre property where she developed a love for horses and participated in 4-H and Quarter Horse shows. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology.

After completing her education, Dana worked as a Medical Technologist and Laboratory Director. In 1995, she married her husband, Jack, and together they have three children. They have been residents of the Montgomery/Lake Conroe area since 2007, with a prior residence in the greater Houston area from 1993-2005. They briefly lived in Northern Ohio from 2005-2007 before returning to Texas.

In 2015, Dana decided to make a career shift and entered the real estate business with Top Guns Realty. During her time there, she gained valuable experience and knowledge in the industry. In 2020, she joined the Pam Westlake Realty Group, led by Pam Westlake, Owner/Broker. Crystal knows first-hand how to address challenges. At age 32 she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. She states "never did I think I would get through it. Shaving my head was my first realization of what journey I was about to start. Chemo was one of the hardest things I have ever had to overcome in my life. It shut my body down and took me away from being a mother to my two girls. It completely changed my life and how I go about everything today.

I completed Chemo on November 1, 2016 and had a double mastectomy on December 1, 2016. By then my cancer was gone! I was in remission but my journey continued with radiation until May. In July 2017 I finished the last maintenance chemo and am presently cancer free. If I can beat this nasty disease, I can do anything I put my mind to! I am stronger now than I have ever been and will push myself to achieve any goal I am given.

Crystal is a very devoted wife and mother who is involved in her children's schools and serves as a TAV Volleyball Club mom. When time allows, she enjoys sporting events and vacationing with her family.

Their family enjoys going to Colorado through out the year. In the winter Monica skis, and James and Kaden snowboard. In the summer they enjoy white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, and going to the skatepark.
