About Marion:
Marion Franke grew up in Irving, TX with insight on the importance of family and dreams. With her love for helping others achieve their goals, she went on to major in elementary education at North Texas State University. She was later introduced to successful Realtor Joy Riley, who encouraged Marion to get her real estate license. In 1988 Marion moved to Montgomery County determined to start her own business and later joined Keller Williams Realty Conroe/Lake Conroe in 1995. Eventually Marion's team grew enough to fulfill one of her Real Estate dreams and in 2010, Marion opened her own Real Estate Brokerage! Over the years Marion Franke has grown to be the most recognizable name in Montgomery County and her team is consistently the highest producing Real Estate team in her market!

Having an inborn passion for design, Candice Began her Career in Interior Design as a Sophomore in Highschool working for a Local Designer & Continued it through college, where she studied Visual Communications, Painting & Photography. This ultimately paved Candice's way towards Real Estate, Joining the Becky Drake Team in 2013, a top producing team that has excelled in Real Estate sales terrains. Before moving to Texas, Barbie Hawkins achieved her Real Estate license in Charleston, South Carolina. Her specialty is helping Active Duty Military, Veterans, Retirees, Civil Servants, and First Time Home Buyers. She has an extensive volunteer resume. Currently volunteering for several community organizations in the Harris and Montgomery county areas. She enjoys traveling and has visited over 50 countries. Barbie also enjoys gardening, reading, horseback riding, attending Formula One races, and DIY home projects. Spending time with her family is her greatest joy.
