Ok, I cannot say enough about Brian. Not only is he extremely communicative and knowledgable, he goes to lengths to help his clients and is super personable. I recently worked with Brian where he represented the landlord and I represented the tenants. Sometimes leases don't get quite the attention they need but Brian proved this to be wrong! He was prompt in our communication, quick to thoroughly answer any questions I had, and provided me with timely updates through out the application process.
