Hi there! I'm Heather Cash, and I am excited for us to get to know each other and for me to assist you with your real estate needs. I am a native of Knox County, Texas. I grew up in the small rural farming community of Rhineland, along the Brazos River, helping my family with the farming and cattle raising duties which instilled in me a deep appreciation for country life and the values of hard work and dedication. I graduated from Munday High School and moved to Wichita Falls to attend Midwestern State University. I graduated from MSU with a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business. In 2004 I found myself working in the lending department for the bank in Byers, which led me to an 18-year career. I have processed loans of all kinds, ranging anywhere from commercial and residential investment real estate, to livestock, equipment and much more. Being there for my customers and meeting their needs became my passion, and I found great joy in guiding them through their financial endeavors, all while building friendships in the process. Throughout my career and personal life, I have consistently been known for my strong work ethic, honesty, and fairness. My commitment to my customers has always been unwavering, and their satisfaction has been my ultimate goal.
