Lisa is a native Texan, born and raised in San Antonio. She attended Texas Christian University and graduated with a degree in education. Lisa and her family have lived in The Woodlands, TX since 2008. Lisa's husband was a pilot in the Air Force which required constant moving in the early years of their marriage. This helped Lisa develop a keen sense for what's needed and wanted in a great Realtor.

Lisa has a tenacious work ethic and possesses both emotional intelligence and professional poise that is critical to be successful in this field. She is in constant communication with her clients as they go through their home buying or selling process. She continually goes above and beyond the Realtor call of duty to ensure the best transaction for her clients.

Native Spanish speaker Franco is a world traveler, professional speaker, and the founder and CEO of 2 international companies. Born in Peru, with work ties to a dozen countries, Franco settled firstly in Miami, and now here in Houston. Married to seasoned KRE agent Beatriz, he joined the team to share his wife’s passion and help grow her business. His knowledge and understanding of international business, coupled with his wife’s experience in real estate truly make the two a force to be reckoned with. Franco is passionate about helping people, and he’s kept that at the forefront of every avenue of work he’s partaken in. His current and prior business projects have always been focused on helping others achieve personal and professional success, and his newest endeavor with real estate won’t be any different. His wife, Beatriz, is passionate about exceeding her clients’ expectations and thrives in the challenges searching for a home can entail. Lori Carr, Realtor Associate of BHGRE Gary Greene, is a native third-generation Houstonian on both sides who takes pride in being able to provide her clients with the knowledge needed to find the perfect home in Houston. Growing up on a farm in Cypress, she learned the importance of hard work, determination and building relationships. She understands the importance of doing things right the first time and has a strong work ethic. After being a leader in the Corporate Banking world for 8 years, Lori started her Real Estate practice. She brought with her a reputation of integrity, a seamless organized nature and a strict attention to detail. While in banking, she gained knowledge from working on loans, which has tremendously helped her in the real estate industry. Lori has extensive experience with relocation services, remodeling projects, investment properties, staging, and as a listing and selling agent all over Houston and beyond.

Lori, a consistent Top Producer, has been listed in the top of 1% by the National Association of Realtors year after year and was voted as one of the Top 25 Teams and Top Luxury Teams in 2018 by The Houston Business Journal.

She is involved and volunteers on the Speakers Committee and the Souvenir Program Committee with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, the Houston Cattle Baron's Ball with the American Cancer Society, Meals on Wheels, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Houston Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, and the Montgomery County Animal Shelter. As the past Chair in 2012 with the Houston Arthritis Walk, she raised over 100,000 for the Houston Arthritis Foundation and has served on the committee with the Montgomery County Food Bank for the Food for Life Gala.

Lori has lived in The Woodlands for 17 years with her husband, Steven, who has been her #1 fan since the beginning of her real estate career. They are proud parents to their three grown daughters and now grandparents to their first granddaughter. When not selling real estate, she enjoys traveling, cooking, playing golf, gardening, reading, taking their two cocker spaniels, Aspen and Hank on walks, and spending time with her friends and family.
